I live in a former funeral home and have my art studio on the first floor. I offer a 24 hour artist residency in the studio. There is a small bed, an electric kettle, and a bathroom up the hall. This is an ideal residency for someone looking to do a marathon all night project that will wreck them for days. Or for anyone else. I accept applicants of all disciplines.
